Khao San Road

Many people rag on Khao San Road but honestly it ain’t all that bad. It truly is a backpackers haven…it’s busy, lively, loud, cheap, crowded and you can drink and eat til you drop. Out of all the places I’ve been to in the world I have never come across a place like this that makes it so easy for tourists (backpackers and big spenders) to enjoy a night out eating good food and drinking in the street. Bangkok is a massive city and Khao San is only a small section of it but if you are in Bangkok with out a doubt go check it out…it’s worth it. I stayed near there for almost 8 days and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was the last thing I ever expected from Bangkok considering I heard so many people talk shit about the city…Bangkok is rad.
