Teen Life

These are two teenage girls I walked with while I was on my way to the beach in Anjuna, Goa. Apparently the day before, one of the girls had come up to me trying to sell me some shit but I ignored her. On my way to the beach the next day, she recognized me and called me out on it. Since the beach was a mile and a half away I decided to walk with them since they were headed in the same direction. On our walk I learned that both of these teenage girls were married and already had two kids each. One of the girls was married when she was 13 or 14 years old. They thought it was weird that I was 29 and not married. It was a pretty cool conversation where we taught each other about our cultures and norms. In the end they asked if I had candy which I randomly happened to have so I gave it to them. It was an interesting day.
