Polokwane Camp

Polokwane Camp Here is our second camp in Polokwane. We had to wake up early this day and it was colder than a mamma jamma…I think everyone froze their asses off that night. That’s was our truck on the right.

On the Edge

On the Edge Sitting on the edge of a rock…looks crazier than it really was but still pretty sweet. Great view from this point.

Three Rondavels

Three Rondavels Chanchito at the three rondavels view point on our way to the border of Zimbabwe.

Um…anyone else see what I see

Um…anyone else see what I see Not sure what the advertisers were trying to accomplish here but this ad was disturbingly perverted…and funny at the same time. Had to take a photo of it!

I’m a big poser

I’m a big poser Yes that is me on some rocks by a waterfall…but no I was not really relaxing like you see in the photo. I already forgot the name of this place but it was pretty cool. Anyone remember?

First Overland Camp

First Overland Camp Don’t remember the name of this camp but the set up was really nice. It was outside of Kruger National Park by a small lake. This is the first camp we stopped at on our overland trip. They served us welcome drinks which was an alcohol called Vin Coco with Sprite. Damn good and refreshing cocktail.

My Life in a Nutshell

My Life in a Nutshell This baboon is HELLA chilling out…it looked hilarious cause it was basically posing for all the cars that were crossing the bridge. This is what I would like to do on a daily basis…

Finally got to see one!!!!!!!

Finally got to see one!!!!!!! By far the hardest animal to spot. In the 2 1/2 months I was in Africa this was the only leopard sighting. It happened really quickly so no one really got a good photo. This is probably the best shot anyone got. Luckily though we got to see one…this one was stalking a group of impala that was nearby in the bush.

Baboons

Baboons Common scene is Kruger…get a whole bunch of animals crossing the road. Baboon are everywhere throughout Africa. You can see them all over the place.

Ground Hornbill

Ground Hornbill Big ass bird that can be seen all over Kruger. They are endangered but I forgot the reason why but something to do with their eggs etc.
